Who Should Apply?
Eligible Candidates:
- Undergraduate Programs: Student who have completes their 12th grade(HSC) from recognized board like GSEB, CSEB, ICSE, or Equivalent.
- Postgraduate Programs: Graduates holding a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Courses Offered:
- UG Courses: BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, BCA, B.Ed, LLB, BSW, BFA, etc.
- PG Courses: MA, MCom, MSc, MBA, MCA, M.Ed, LLM, MSW, etc.
- New User ID Creation:
1. Visit the GCAS website
2. Look for an “Apply Now” option or register through the online registration link:

Fill Personal Details:
Name: As per 12th Marksheet (HSE).
Date of Birth: In DD/MM/YYYY format as per 10th/HSE Marksheet.
Mobile No.: Include country code (e.g., (91) 9632388997).
Email ID: Provide a valid and active email (e.g., abc@gmail.com).
Review & Submit Form
OTP Verification:
OTP sent to registered email and mobile.ID Creation:
Username and password sent to registered contacts.Post Registration:
Change password immediately.
Use given credentials to log in.
Note: A unique student ID is generated after registration.
- Admission Process:
Login: Use the User ID and Password received after registration

2.OTP Verification: OTP sent to registered email and mobile.
3.Access Application Form: Available after successful login.
4.Select Preferences: Choose desired streams, courses, and universities/colleges within the state (multiple selections allowed).

5. Application Form:After selecting courses and colleges, the student must fill out the application form.

6. Application Form Guidelines (Short):
Name: As per 12th (HSE) Marksheet.
DOB: As per 10th Marksheet/School Leaving Certificate.
Category: Upload valid proof if applying under EWS, SC, ST, OBC, SEBC, Nomadic or De-notified Tribes.

Final Steps (Short):
Review: Recheck the entire application form before final submission.
Fee Payment: Pay a one-time fee via the Payment Gateway (covers all selected courses/universities).
Confirmation: Filled form is auto-sent to the student’s registered email.

4. Final Submission:
Student must submit the completed application form after review and payment..

Application Forwarded: Sent to all selected universities/colleges.
Merit List: Each institution prepares its own merit list and informs students via email.
Admission Process: Shortlisted students visit the institution for document verification and fee payment.
Enrollment: University/College confirms and enrolls the student.

4.Use OTP to reset password.
Other Important Instructions (Short):
Answer all questions before final submission.
Use updated email ID and contact number—all updates will be sent there.
Provide parents’/guardians’ active contact number.
Enter accurate qualification details for proper shortlisting.
Visit the selected University/College for document verification and enrolment upon receiving an email.
Differently-abled students must upload a certificate showing over 45% disability.
